VIP Mobile Club FAQ

Q: Can I get the offer without a cell phone?

A:  No. Offers are exclusive to VIP Mobile Club subscribers, and subscriptions require a cell phone number to opt in and receive notifications via text message.  If you don’t have a cell phone, sign up for our newsletter list.

Q: Do I have to be a VIP Mobile Club subscriber to get the offer?

A: Yes, you must opt in to the program to receive the exclusive offer codes.

Q: Why didn’t I get an offer?

A: If you are a VIP Mobile Club subscriber and still haven’t received your offer via text from short code 55702 (US only). Sometimes it takes a moment to receive the offer due to high volume. In addition, please make sure you haven’t texted keywords like “STOP” to 55702.  Also, some wireless providers, such as Sprint or T-Mobile, may block short codes, in which case you’ll want to give them a call to clear things up. You also need to make sure you’re entering a valid mobile number. Our system doesn’t support Google Voice or landlines.

Q: I don’t have a mobile device.  How do I get the offer?

A: Mobile offers are only available via a mobile device. Offers are delivered exclusively via text message.

Q: If I have a customer service issue, can I just text it?

A: Yes. You can communicate with TeaZa® Energy customer service through the VIP Mobile Club customer service line by texting “HELP” to (727) 498-4679 during business hours (M-F 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST.)

Q: How do I know if my mobile offer is still valid?

Q: How do I stop receiving text messages from the TeaZa® Energy VIP Mobile Club?
