About TeaZa
What is TeaZa?
TeaZa is a nicotine-free, tobacco-free herbal pouch that goes in your lip just like dip or a nicotine pouch. It was created by Dr. Brent Agin, MD, to keep your mouth busy and give you long-lasting flavor — without nicotine or tobacco.
Does TeaZa contain nicotine or tobacco?
No. Every TeaZa pouch is 100% nicotine-free and tobacco-free.
What's the difference between TeaZa Energy and TeaZa Chill?
TeaZa Energy has about 50mg of natural caffeine per pouch from green tea and yerba mate, plus eleuthero root, rhodiola root, Panax ginseng and B-vitamins. TeaZa Chill is caffeine-free and made with chamomile, passion flower and magnolia bark.
What flavors are available?
TeaZa Energy comes in Wintergreen, Power Mint, Bangin' Black Cherry, Spicy Cinnamon, Tropical and Dark Roast. TeaZa Chill comes in Cool Mint Chill, Wintergreen Chill, Cherry Chill and Creamsicle Chill. Limited-edition flavors come and go, so check the shop for what's available now.
Who created TeaZa?
Dr. Brent Agin, MD, created TeaZa for himself during medical residency. Exhausted on late-night drives home, he kept chewing gum and sunflower seeds to stay awake — and realized how much having something in his mouth mattered. Read how TeaZa started.

Using TeaZa
How do I use a TeaZa pouch?
Place a pouch between your lip and gum, just like dip or a nicotine pouch. Leave it in as long as you like, then throw it away.
How long does a pouch last?
About 1–3 hours.
How big is a TeaZa pouch?
About 0.7 grams — roughly 2 to 4 times the size of a typical nicotine pouch — so it feels fuller in your lip.
Do I have to spit?
No. There's no spitting needed with TeaZa.
How many TeaZa Energy pouches can I use in a day?
Each Energy pouch has about 50mg of caffeine. The FDA cites 400mg a day as an amount not generally associated with negative effects for most adults, so count your pouches along with coffee, tea and energy drinks. TeaZa Chill is caffeine-free.
Is there an age requirement for TeaZa?
No. TeaZa is an herbal tea product, so there's no age requirement. If you're under 18, check with your parents before using TeaZa — and keep in mind TeaZa Energy contains caffeine, while TeaZa Chill is caffeine-free.
Is TeaZa safe?

Green tea and yerba mate. Each Energy pouch has about 50mg of natural caffeine — about half a cup of coffee.

Can TeaZa help me quit dip, ZYN or vaping?
